The Frankfurt Artist Index offers a curated overview of contemporary artists based in the Frankfurt region. It serves as a professional resource for institutions, curators, funders, and other stakeholders in the art scene.

Inclusion is by application or invitation. Selection is based on recommendations from the professional community and the curatorial judgment of the editorial team. The aim is to document artistic positions that are currently active and relevant within Frankfurt’s art scene. The Index makes no claim to completeness.

Each entry includes a profile, selected works, and optionally a website link. The Index is continuously updated; changes, additions, or removals are made at the editorial team's discretion. There is no entitlement to inclusion.

• outstanding artistic achievement
• based in the Frankfurt region

Applications may be submitted or invitations extended. Decisions on inclusion are made by the editorial committee and are final, without the possibility of appeal.
